REQUIRED of ALL band members, part of this this fee covers:
Marching Band Supplies
This fee includes the 2 pairs of Black Performance Gloves; 1 black towel; 3 Rehearsal Shirts; 1 Poncho (issued during inclement weather); and 1 show shirt.
All-Region Audition Fee
Solo Contest Entry Fee
EVERY student will perform a solo at the UIL Solo Contest in the spring. (An additional “Accompanist Fee” of $70 will be paid directly to your piano player).
[Students who qualify for, and elect to participate in, the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest (TSSEC) will be responsible for all associated fees in the spring.]
Contest Meal Fee
Due to the nature of contest days, ALL student meals are coordinated by the Redhawk Band Boosters Association on contest days.
DCI Ticket
ONLY CHOOSE ONCE PER FAMILY. This fee goes directly to fund financial aid, private lesson scholarships, and other activities.
This fee is REQUIRED each year if you plan on applying for the RBBA Scholarship during your senior year.
SUMMER UNIFORM
REQUIRED: All members must have a pair of uniform black shorts. Sizing will take place during uniform fitting in JULY. Athletic style shorts.
REQUIRED: All members must have a pair of Black DSI MTX Marching Band shoes in good condition as part of their uniform. Sizing will take place during uniform fitting.
REQUIRED: This compression shirt is worn under the marching band uniform. Make sure you have selected the correct size.
MEAL OPTIONS
This optional plan is offered as a convenience to Redhawk Band and Color Guard members for football games. Friday Nite Bites meal are $85 ($105 for Gluten Free or Dairy Free).

REQUIRED: The official uniform water jug and “Juguzzi” is required of all band members. New members must select this option and returning members need to select this option if they no longer have their water jug.
